By accessing the website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read the terms and conditions carefully and if you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions please do not use the website. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information on this website, we make no guarantees, whether expressed or implied, in relation to its accuracy. Three Trees Farm reserves the right to change any of the content of this website at any time without notice. Prices on this website are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Whilst we endeavour to ensure the product descriptions, information, images and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. The information on this website is provided free of charge, and you acknowledge that it would be unreasonable to hold us liable in respect of this website and the information on this website. We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free however this can not be guaranteed.

Orders

Our acceptance of your order is conditional on the availability of the products you have ordered. By virtue of the fact that we are a small business there may be times where stock is not available. If the product you have ordered is unavailable, or should events occur beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel your order without liability. Should this happen we will contact you immediately. We will confirm acceptance of your order via email or telephone.

In the event that a particular product within an order is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a similar product of equal or higher value. We will make all reasonable efforts to contact you first. We aim to supply the quantities ordered as closely as possible but the nature of the product means that weights will vary.

Payment

We accept payment via cheque or cash on delivery or in advance by arrangement. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order if you are outside our delivery area, or if there has been a pricing or product description error. With regards to pricing errors on the site, we are under no obligation to provide the product at the incorrect or lower price. We will send a printed sales invoice note with your delivery detailing the order and payment.

Cancellation Policy

For products which are fresh and prepared to order, unfortunately once an order has been placed it is not possible to cancel it and refunds can not be given. Please inspect all deliveries on the day of receipt and notify us, within 12 hours, if you believe there is a problem and we will endeavour to rectify it immediately.

Delivery

Deliveries of fresh produce will occur mostly on the first Saturday and Sunday of each month. Approximately one week prior to delivery, we will contact you and arrange a suitable date for your delivery and provide an approximate time of delivery. Your product will arrive fresh in a refrigerated vehicle ready for home freezing. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept delivery. Three Trees Farm can not be held responsible for damages caused to goods not being refrigerated after delivery and the products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
