Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: We will deliver fresh orders on the first Saturday or Sunday of the month (unless otherwise stated on the website). Frozen orders will be delivered at your convenience all throughout the month. Once you have placed your order we will confirm it with you via email. We will then contact you to arrange a specific delivery day and time.

Q: How will my order arrive?

A: We use a refrigerated van for delivery to ensure all products are carefully chilled on arrival. All items are wrapped and sealed ready to be refrigerated or frozen.

Q: Will my order arrive fresh or frozen?

A: If you order fresh items, your meat will be delivered fresh, at a chilled temperature, to enable you to freeze any cuts you don't have immediate use for. If you order frozen items your order will arrive frozen ready to be transferred into your freezer.

Q: Where do you deliver and is it free?

A: If your order is over £20 in value we will deliver free of charge up to a distance of approximately 15 miles from Three Trees Farm. This includes all local destinations such as Chiseldon, Swindon, Wroughton, Wanborough, Liddington, Bishopstone and Marlborough. If you wish to know whether you fall within our delivery zone, please contact us and we will let you know. Alternatively, if you live further afield and are interested, please let us know and we may be able to arrange delivery for a small charge. If you order individual items of a value less than £20 we will add a delivery charge of £4 to your order regardless of your location.

Q: How can I pay?

A: We accept cash or cheque on delivery.

A: Three Trees Farm is based just outside the village of Chiseldon in Wiltshire which is in the South West of England.
